This is a simple, but absolutly tasty pan-dish. The peanut butter gives it a creamy taste, the carrots add some freshness and the chili makes it spicey!! So it is a perfect combination of ingredients that make a wonderful meal. We hope you enjoy this kind of winter-dish!!

Smoothies are a great way to re-energize after University or sport. Especially now in the winter your body lacks vitamines, so use smoothies to refill your batteries. Of course they are not only healthy, but also super tasty!! You can use whatever fruit you have at home. You can also use frozen fruits like strawberries, you still have in the freezer from the summer time or you can buy them in the supermarket. Try it out!
This pesto brings a little “Dolce Vita” in your flat! Through the fruity dried tomatoes, the aromatic garlic and the tasty basil, the pesto is not only perfetto but also fresh and so simple to prepare! Try it out and enjoy the Mediterranean flair which will make you dream of your next summer.
We love this simple couscous salad. It does not take more than 10 minutes of preparation time, but it is healthy and tastes good. It is also really nice to prepare it before you go to sleep (put it in the frigde over night) and take it to University the next day. Then you have a tasty lunch and you do not need to buy something in the cafeteria.
Have fun while cooking!! This meal is particularly suitable for a nice dinner with friends. It takes a bit longer, however it is soo delicious!! We added a fresh salad with a simple salad dressing to it. If you like, you can also combine it with a nice quark dip or sour cream.
This is a snack which is made easily in 10 minutes and tastes really nice. Use fresh basil, it gives the baguette a fresh taste. It is a great snack for in between or a good idea to have for dinner when you are not toooo hungry. You can of course vary the ingredients: you like meat? Go on, put some bacon on the baguette. Your loving rucola? Just add it!
We like this snack in its purest form: Olive oil, Tomatoes, Mozzarella and basil. Enjoy the cooking. This dish takes you a bit longer but it’s so easy-peasy and delicious! The quark dip adds a wonderful fresh note to the fluffy pancakes and the pancakes are so juicy and savoury through the zucchini. Chicory salad adds a slight bitter note which in turn fits perfectly with the fresh quark.
This dish takes you only around 15 minutes and is delicious. We love fresh spinach, it is so much better than the one you can get from the fridge! It is tastier as well as healthier because it contains more vitamins. Instead of cashew nuts, you can also use pine nuts, but we figured out that cashews are less expensive. Do not hesitate with the parmesan in the end! Have fun while cooking We love casseroles!! This one is with delicious spring-onion cheese sauce and topped with fresh tomatoes and a crunchy parmesan topping. Enjoy cooking!!
