This is a simple Gnocchi pan with smoked salmon, fresh tomatoes and arugula. It is super quick, because the Gnocchi need only a few minutes and the pan is ready in 15 minutes. The sip of white wine gives it a "fancy" taste and the (soy) cream adds the creaminess which is a wonderful couple.

For 2 People
What you need:
1 package of Gnocchi
1-2 onions (We used red onions, but you can use also normal)
1 clove of garlic
150g of smoked salmon
10 – 12 cherry tomatoes
Some basil leaves
Two hands of arugula
Half a cup of Cream ( we prefer soy cream)
A sip of dry white wine
Some olive oil for the pan
Salt, Pepper, Chili powder…

How to do it:
1. Prepare the Gnocchi according to the instruction on the package
2. Heat some olive oil in a pan and cut the onion(s) and the garlic into slices
3. Put the onion and garlic slices into the pan and fry them
4. Add the salmon, which you beforehand also cut in slices
5. Let it fry, until the salmon is done
6. Add the sip of white wine
7. Add the cream
8. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and add them and the basil leaves to the sauce as well
9. Season the sauce with salt (but be careful the salmon makes it already really salty), pepper and anything else you like, we for example used some chili powder
10. When the Gnocchi are ready, also put them in the pan and let them soak the sauce
11. In the very end, add the washed arugula
