We love casseroles!! This one is with delicious spring-onion cheese sauce and topped with fresh tomatoes and a crunchy parmesan topping. Enjoy cooking!!

For 4 people:
- 400-500 g short Macaroni
- salt
- pepper
- 4-5 medium tomatoes
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 l milk
- 1 tsp granular broth
- 100 g Gouda (piece)
- Fat for the form
- 30 g parmesan (piece)
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 5 spoons corn
How to do it:
1. First of all you have to put the macaroni in plenty of boiling salted water and cook them according to the packaging instructions.
2. Then wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Put some flour over the spring onions and sauté slightly.
3. Add ¼ litres of water with granular broth and ¼ litres of milk. Bring it to boil for approximately 3 min.
4. Grate the Gouda and melt it in the sauce. Season it with salt and pepper.
5. Distribute the pasta and the corn in a large greased baking dish. Pour over the sauce.
6. Finally, lay the tomato slices on the pasta. Mix the grated Parmesan with breadcrumbs and sprinkle them over the tomatoes. Bake the casserole in the oven (electric oven: 200 ° C / air-mode: 175 ° C).
