This meal is particularly suitable for a nice dinner with friends. It takes a bit longer, however it is soo delicious!! We added a fresh salad with a simple salad dressing to it. If you like, you can also combine it with a nice quark dip or sour cream.

How to do it: 1. Cook the rice in salted water according to its package instructions. Cool the rice to room temperature. 2. Peel and grate the carrots, zucchini and cheese. Cut the onions into cubes. Wash, dry and chop the parsley. 3. Whisk the eggs and mix them with the vegetables, onions, cheese and parsley. Add the flour and season the mixture with salt and pepper and anything you like as spices. Then mix the cooled rice with the ingredients. 4. Fry the patties in portions on both sides until they are golden-brown. While you are frying the patties, put the already finished ones into the oven at 90° to keep them warm. For the salad dressing: 1. Firstly, mix honey with salt and pepper with the balsamic vinegar and then add the olive oil while whisking. |
