2. Wash dry and chop the basil. If you like hot food, take a chilli and chop it as well. Do the same with the dried tomatoes, cashew nuts and Parmesan.
3. Put all ingredients into a shaker, fill it with oil and mix everything with the hand blender. Season with pepper (no salt needed as the dries tomates and Parmesan are already really salty).
The Pesto is not only delicious with pasta but also with crostinis or white bread.
